Site Clearances Overview

Our resourcefulness is built on John Pye’s ethos of practically borne out from the origins of our business – our Site Clearance service is a prime example of this.

Whilst John Pye Auctions today is a far cry from the humble beginnings of the sole trader horse and cart operation John Pye began in the 1960s, the ethos to roll our sleeves up and get the job done is still a key part of our company DNA and is part of our competitive advantage in the market place.

Many of our clients require stock and assets relocating at short notice, from cases of retail clients requiring large stock holdings to be cleared in cases of relocation of warehousing facilities through to Government criminal investigation asset seizures.

Our in-house ability, experience and resource to undertake site clearances of all sizes is what sets us apart, underpinned by a UK network of over 20 sites and more than 250 full time staff.

We undertake site clearances for a wide range of clients, including:

  • Certified Bailiffs
  • High Court Enforcement Officers
  • Turnaround, Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners
  • Private Businesses
  • Probate Lawyers and Executors
  • Property Owners and Agents

John Pye Auctions has more than 30 trained and full qualified forklift drivers, to safely manage high volumes of stock and assets.

Furthermore, John Pye Auctions is ISO9001 accredited, ensuring all site clearance activity is managed effectively from initial risk assessments through to health and safety monitoring and trained staff delivery.

All site clearance instructions are logged and tracked through our unique and award winning case management system, Assetline, to ensure full transparency of service activity and fees.
