John Pye Property asset management services cover residential and commercial properties for landlords, banks, insolvency practitioners and private clients, handling day-to-day property requirements.

From collecting monthly rents for properties to managing the general upkeep of properties, John Pye Property management team has long standing experience of managing in excess of 700,000 sq. ft. of commercial property nationwide, including business parks, industrial sites and offices.

John Pye Property has its own in-house property maintenance and security teams, project managing a wide scope of works from general ‘kerb-appeal’ property maintenance to remedial works to safeguard asset value.

In addition, the department also re-negotiates property leases upon expiry or review, re-lets properties when they become vacant and continually assess methods to maximise the capacity of a site to increase annual income and capital value. The John Pye Property team also oversees charge budget and expenditure management for clients.

All of these aforementioned services are overseen and managed by RICS Chartered Surveyors and activities¬†are logged within John Pye’s unique case management system, Assetline, which tracks all instructions, case developments and charges.
