The company offers consumers specialist advice in order to recover fees which have been paid by elderly care home residents, in England and Wales, when a resident has a primary healthcare need and should have received funding under the continuing healthcare scheme.

The company holds the benefit of rented commercial premises in the North of England however, this is currently occupied by a subtenant, while the company itself operates from rented commercial premises for which a third party holds the benefit of the lease. In addition, the company does not employ any staff as it currently sources these from a third party.

Year ended: 30 November 2015 circa £381k – Net profit: £2k
Year ended: 30 November 2016 circa £1.1million – Net profit: £426k
Year ended: 30 November 2017 circa £561k – Net profit: £84.7k

Tangible assets:
Minimal office furnishings & computer equipment

Intangible assets:
Work in progress compromising of a non-exclusive database consisting of approximately 200 cases generating revenue, alongside the company’s trading style and web domain.


Expressions of interest for the business assets and goodwill are invited in writing by no later than 4:30pm on Monday 6 August 2018. Best and final written offers together with appropriate proof of funding are then invited by no later than 12noon on Tuesday 7 August 2018.
