Appraisals & Valuations

Free property appraisals are provided if you are thinking about selling your property through our auctions or estate agency. Furthermore, free appraisals are provided to insolvency practitioners, LPA Receivers and banks at the outset of an instruction to determine the indicative value of the property. If more robust valuations are required then either marketing reports or RICS Red Book valuation reports are provided to our clients and will be undertaken by one of our in-house RICS Chartered Surveyors.
Throughout 2017, John Pye Property will be undertaking an online property auction every three weeks. Sellers can enter their commercial property into our auctions and benefit from 0% seller fees, no marketing fees and no entry costs. This market beating model has proved extremely successful with large numbers of investors, insolvency practitioners, LPA Receivers and banks all taking advantage of the offering. Buyers have a wide range of different properties to choose from, including ready-made commercial property investments, mixed use properties, commercial premises that require modernisation and commercial development opportunities with or without planning. With an auction being held every three weeks, there is constantly new property stock being advertised.
John Pye Property has an estate agency, selling commercial properties nationwide for owners, investors, insolvency practitioners, LPA Receivers and banks. The agency team offers a wealth of experience, nationwide knowledge and offers competitive fees. The team utilises a wide range of marketing activities to choose from and each property being sold is subject to a bespoke and extensive marketing campaign. Our agency agreement only last eight weeks and we work on a no sale, no fee basis. This places a huge incentive on the team to perform and sell properties in quick timescale.
